Blaze Air Unloader
The Blaze Air Unloader from LNS is engineered to unload parts from the machine spindle automatically, and can be easily integrated into automated production cells. Ideally suited to bar feeding applications for twin spindle or sub-spindle machines with thru-hole, Blaze Air Unloader removes parts through the back of the secondary spindle after both ends have been machined. A substantial increase in production capability and operator safety are gained by the continuous operation of unloading parts automatically.
